Black Planet Berlin is the data controller for the personal data collected on this site. The ticketing platform processes it on Black Planet Berlin's behalf.

What we collect and why. Your email address when you buy a ticket, create an account or sign up for news (to deliver tickets and, only with your consent, to send event news). Order and ticket history (to run the events and meet bookkeeping law). Technical logs needed to keep the service secure.

Marketing. Event news is sent only if you opted in, and every email contains a one click unsubscribe. Unsubscribing stops all marketing immediately.

Cookies and measurement. Nothing beyond strictly necessary storage (sign in, cart, your consent choice) runs before you agree in the consent popup, and each purpose has its own tick.

Marketing (Meta). With your consent we load the Meta pixel, which sets Meta cookies (_fbp, _fbc) so we can measure which promotion sells tickets and reach people with similar interests. With the same consent, key steps such as a purchase are also reported server side to Meta (Conversions API) together with a hashed version of your email address. Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd processes this data as described in its own privacy policy.

Changing your mind. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time via Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing marketing consent deletes the Meta cookies from your browser. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that happened before it.

Where data lives. Data is stored within the EU. Payments are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout; this site never sees your card details.

Your rights. You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time by contacting Black Planet Berlin. Deletion removes your personal data and permanently prevents further marketing to your address; anonymized order records are kept where bookkeeping law requires it.
