Terms

Tickets are sold by Black Planet Berlin. A ticket is personal proof of entry: the QR code is shown at the door and is valid once.

Entry. Black Planet Berlincurates the door. Entry can be refused per the venue's and organizer's rules; the ticket price is then refunded.

Cancellation. If an event is cancelled, the ticket price is refunded to the original buyer automatically.

Resale. Tickets can be released for resale on this site at face value. Payment between the seller and the claimant is settled directly between them; the platform moves no money for resale. If a cancelled event includes resold tickets, the refund goes to the original buyer.

Membership.Some events require a free membership. Membership can be revoked per the organizer's rules.
